When it comes to sensible nutrition, proper hydration is as important as a well-balanced diet. The best options for healthy hydration are nutrition-conscious beverages and water, because carbonated sodas and fruit juice concentrates may lead to unhealthy weight gain, may raise your cholesterol levels, and may also raise your blood pressure.
